Indications：

A specialized replacement drug for blood filtration, used to replace water and electrolytes in the body during blood filtration therapy, and to replace some functions of the kidneys.

Usage and dosage：

Only used for intravenous fluid replacement during hemofiltration treatment, heated to around 37 ℃ before use.

(1)Treatment of chronic renal failure: 1-3 times a week, 4-5 hours each time, with a ultrafiltration volume of 18-25L and a replacement fluid volume of 18-25L each time. The volume of replacement fluid depends mainly on whether there is fluid retention in the body and urine volume.

(2)Treatment of acute renal failure: Determine the daily amount of replacement fluid based on the daily ultrafiltration volume.
